Return & Exchange Policy

1) We only offer exchange, no returns or refunds. 

2) You must raise an exchange request within 5 days of delivery. 

3) The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. 

4) Exchange is allowed only once per order. 

5) Refund is applicable for defective product only. 

6) Products that are used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted. 

7) If pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product (ensure proper packaging). 

8) Exchange charge: ₹100 per order. 

9) Exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the product.
