1. Returns & Exchanges: We offer both returns and exchanges.
2. Timeframe: You must raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery.
3. Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
4. Exchange Frequency: Exchange is allowed only once per order.
5. Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement, subject to verification.
6. Rejections: Products that are used, worn, washed, damaged, or without original tags/packaging will not be accepted.
7. Self-Shipping: If pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product using secure packaging.
8. Return Charges: A ₹100 return processing charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Refunds: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source after deducting the applicable ₹100 return processing charge.
10. Processing Time: Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the product. Refunds will be initiated once the return is approved.
