Return Policy

  1. Exchange Only: We only offer exchange, no returns or refunds.
  2. Timeframe: You must raise an exchange request within 5 days of delivery.
  3. Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  4. Frequency: Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  5. Defective Items: Refund is applicable for defective product only.
  6. Rejections: Products that are used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted.
  7. Self-Shipping: If pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product (ensure proper packaging).
  8. Fees: Exchange charge: ₹100 per order.
  9. Processing Time: Exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the product.
